Crucifix

The Crucifix outside the church on the corner of George Street and Conway Road has stood overlooking Pontypool town for all of our living memories! It is a huge statement and and is a familiar sight to all who live in Pontypool.

Recently the Crucifix has become corroded and in need of repair. It was suggested that the Crucifix be removed and put into storage until its repair could be afforded at a future date. Parishioners prefer the Crucifix to be repaired and immediately restored to its place.
